Yes, call recording is available on request and certain users can be individually highlighted to have calls recorded if it is just a requirement of a certain team and not needed company-wide.

Pricing is bespoke and a commercial proposition is drafted following the initial discussion with each customer, a licence is available from £7.50 (including a hosted geographical number) per user per month.

    • Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line is the protocol that enables a copper phone line to carry a broadband signal and carry large amounts of data.
  • DDI
    • Direct Dial-In is a dedicated individual phone number for a person.
  • Hunt Group
    • When a caller rings a company number, the hunt group will route the call to multiple extensions allowing anyone in the group to pick up.
  • IVR
    • Interactive Voice Response is an automated initial messaging and routing system that enables a caller to be directed to the appropriate department. Also known as auto attendant.
  • MPLS
    • Multi-protocol label switching is a data routing technology to speed up and control the flow of network traffic in an optimised way, thus improving throughput speed and user experience.
  • QOS
    • Quality of Service is the measurement of transmission rates, knowing the QOS of your network allows you to make changes to improve the performance.
  • Softphone
    • A softphone is an application that can be downloaded on your mobile phone to receive the calls that are coming in to your VOIP phone number. A softphone is ideal if you are mobile or working from home and have no access to a physical telephone.

Initially the minimum contract term is 6 months, after that you can add or remove numbers monthly.

You get a virtual number, that is a telephone number without a directly associated telephone line. That number is then programmed to be associated with a number / device you choose, be that a fixed line, a mobile phone or a VOIP phone.
